Ethereal Foundation provides programmes and resources for children, but this website is primarily intended for use by parents, legal guardians and other authorised adults.
Where information about a child is submitted, the person providing that information confirms that they have the authority to do so.
Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children's use of Foundation resources and for providing accurate registration, emergency, consent and other information when requested.
Participation in particular programmes or activities may be subject to additional registration requirements, parental or guardian consent, safeguarding procedures or programme-specific rules.
4. Programme and event information
We aim to provide accurate information about our programmes, activities and events. However, dates, times, facilitators, programme content, locations, platforms and other arrangements may occasionally change.
Ethereal Foundation reserves the right to modify, postpone or cancel an activity where reasonably necessary.
Registration for an event or programme does not guarantee participation where capacity limits, eligibility requirements, safeguarding considerations or other programme conditions apply.

Some Foundation activities may be delivered through third-party services such as video-conferencing, communication, registration or digital-learning platforms.
Use of those services may also be subject to the provider's own terms and privacy practices. Ethereal Foundation is not responsible for the independent operation of third-party platforms.

Unless expressly stated otherwise and supported by applicable law, nothing on this website should be interpreted as a representation that a contribution is tax-deductible.
If specific terms apply to a fundraising campaign, sponsorship arrangement or restricted contribution, those terms may supplement these Terms & Conditions.
7. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the text, graphics, branding, programme names, resources, layouts and original materials on this website belong to Ethereal Foundation or are used with appropriate permission.
You may view and use website materials for personal and non-commercial purposes.

Where information relates to a child, we apply additional care and safeguarding considerations.
Please review our Privacy Policy for further information about how personal information is handled.
